How to Exhibit?

AVANZ FAIRS & EVENTS   offer fully equipped booth concept for ROMANIAFABRICDAYS  Exhibition. The minimum surface required of the booth is 12 sqm , and other booth size must be multiple by 3 or 4. Special size and construction on request.

Standard booth includes:

1. Space rental and constructing / dismantling of the booth and floorcovering
2. Partition walls( 170 cm high), (250 cm high)
3. Wall-to-wall carpet ( lila)
4. 1 spot light 250 W
5. 3 Display facilities ( rails for hangers or shelves), each 90 cm
6. 1 Table and 4 chairs
7. 1 Waste basket
8.  Ailes cleaning ( no booth cleaning)
9. Fascia boars with company’s name and booth number
10. Socket  with maximum 0,75 KW supply
11. Listing Catalogue

Prices per sqm –195 Euro + VAT
For Euro companies VAT number is needed
